Analyzer Components with Reconciled Statistics Exceeding Normal Values

This analysis rule includes the list of analyzer elements with statistical results from the Sigmafine reconciliation solver that are out of tolerance. In a Sigmafine model, out of tolerance measurements indicates incorrect tolerances, measurement error or missing/bad data.

The following table lists a sample log output for this analysis.

Analysis Method​

  1. Collect a list of all analyzer elements in the current Case that satisfy the following criteria:
  • Status Attribute value is IS (In Service).
  • Sigmafine reconciliation solver statistical result Attributes are out of tolerance.
  1. Write to the log section of the case. Report the violation, analyzer Element name, the attribute, and the Sigmafine reconciliation solver statistical values.

Configuration Using the Wizard​

The configuration of the Analyzers with Reconciled Statistics Exceeding Normal Values is a selection of the Post-Reconciliation Gross Error Analysis Rule. you open the window for configuring the test (shown in the following figure) from the General Gross Error Analysis Rule Wizard.

  1. Open the Gross Error Configuration window as described in Configuring - General Gross Error Analysis Rule.

  2. On the Analyzers tab, select Analyzers with reconciled statistics exceeding normal values.

  3. Select the Attributes according to the following table:

    Component ResultsAnalyzer Attribute containing reconciled component results. The default is 'ComponentData".
    Test1/Test2 ThresholdEnter the threshold value for the measurement test values.
    Correction ThresholdEnter the threshold value for the correction.
    StatusElement in/out of service status. The default is to 'ObjectStatus'.

  4. Click OK to finish the configuration.

    The text "CONFIGURED" displays next to the 'Analyzers with reconciled statistics exceeding normal values' selection.
